Clearpay Payments FAQ

Clearpay is a payment service allowing Izabel London to offer our customers the ability to make purchases instantly and pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, split out to suit you. You choose how much to pay upfront for the first instalment, and the remaining payment is split over 3 equal instalments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Just shop on and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method.

You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details.

If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.

Then complete your order!

Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay, and the shopping basket value must be over £10.

If you'd like to apply for a clearpay account you need:

  • A valid UK debit or credit card
  • To be aged 18 or over
  • A UK residence

No. Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Clearpay account.

Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic instalments via your selected payment method.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

A £6 late payment free will be charged if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due.

An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.

Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

Clearpay returns follow our free standard return process.

Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from to Clearpay.

We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Clearpay online account.

When you place an order with Clearpay, you pay 25% of the total order value at the point your order is made. The rest of the payments are due over 3 equal fortnightly payments.

If you decide to return part of your order, the merchant will let us know and we will adjust your fortnightly payment schedule to reflect this reduced amount owed, which means you only pay for items you have kept.

Once the refund is processed by the merchant - it automatically drops through to us and your Clearpay payment plan is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backwards.
