Orders placed between 22nd-29th December 2025 will be dispatched on our next working day.

Orders placed between 28th December 2025 and 3rd January 2026 will be dispatched on our next working day.

Due to recent increased tariffs, we are temporarily pausing new orders from United States residents and we will be pausing shipments. We understand how disappointing this may be, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you placed your order before 5pm (GMT) 1 May 2025 your order will be processed and shipped as normal.

We’ve extended our returns for the festive period to help you shop with confidence. You may return unsuitable items purchased between 15.11.2025 and 31.12.2025 within 45 days of receipt of your items.

You will be refunded via the payment method used to complete your purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of returns.

Please return your items in the original packaging. Unwanted returned items must be in the original condition, unworn with all tags attached. Please package your unwanted items appropriately to prevent any damage.

A refund for the amount of the item/s will be credited via your original method of payment. 

Any refunds made to purchases which include a full payment via a e-Gift Card will be refunded to the original e-Gift Card used for the purchase. Any refunds made to purchases which include a partial payment via a Gift Card will be refunded via the e-Gift Card and any remaining balance will be refunded to the alternative payment method used. 

All returns are free of charge for customers within the UK.

We are currently unable to offer a free returns service to our international customers. Returns must be made at your own cost.

Izabel London do not provide exchanges for any purchases including faulty and wrong items. In such cases, please return your unwanted items using the pre-paid label and state the reason for your return so they can be refunded.

Please ensure you obtain a receipt and retain it for your reference as proof of postage.

Return and refund process can take up to 20 working days from the day you post the parcel.

You will receive an email notification for refund, only after the parcel has been received and processed.

• Free UK Returns applies to one return parcel, if returns are split across multiple parcels any additional parcels will be returned at your own cost.

• Any refunds where full payment was made via a Gift Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card used for the purchase. Any refunds made to purchases which include a partial payment via a Gift Card will be refunded via the Gift Card any remaining balance will be refunded to the alternative payment method used.

• Return and refund process will be completed in 3-5 working days from when your parcel has been received. We'll send you an email confirmation to notify you of your refund.

How to Return your Items with Royal Mail

Please securely re-package your unwanted item(s) in the bag we delivered them in. Remember to include your completed returns form inside your parcel.

Please create your free return label or arrange a collection via our Royal Mail returns portal

Alternatively, you can find the “Return an item” option on the Royal Mail website and generate your free return label by searching for 'Izabel London'. You can also choose to arrange a collection from home.

How to Return your Items

You’ll need to pay postage fees for your return, we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
