Izabel London Limited, 12-14 Chase Road, London NW10 6EZ is the owner of Izabel.com.
The terms will also set out how customers can interact with Izabel London via social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube. Our social media platforms will be referred as ‘services’ within the terms and conditions.
Izabel.com may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the website without providing customers' notice. If Izabel London decide to terminate a customer's account and subscription they will be notified within a 24 hour period from contacting the customer.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, the most recent update was made on August 3rd, 2018.
Terms of Sales & Promotions
You will have the option to subscribe to a newsletter which enables promotional content. In this circumstance Izabel London may ask for your personal information as well as age, occupation and style interests. This is to help us target our market and provide customers with services in which they are interested in.
Izabel London may use customer information to set up and manage their (customer) accounts, this is to ensure that content on Izabel.com is presented in the most effective manner. We may provide customers with information, products or services that we feel are of interest.
Terms of Promotional Codes
There are three ways of receiving a promo code:
- We may send promo codes to you via email.
- We may offer promo codes on www.izabel.com that you can apply at checkout in order to receive a specific discount or promotion.
- We may share a promo code on our social media platforms
A promo code can't be applied to an order after that order has already been placed. Certain exclusions may apply to the promotional code which will be outlined in the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these if we deem necessary. If the promo code has expired, you won’t be able use it. We can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a promo code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the promo code being cancelled.
If a promo code is offered on www.izabel.com and is unable to work correctly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or any alternative reasons beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promo code. Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Duties & Taxes
For any orders shipped outside the United Kingdom customers may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees incurred. Izabel London does not cover any import duty or other taxes, fees incurred for International Orders.
The term "working days" applies to Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Please check the specific order types above for dispatch information.
Cookies do not contain confidential information such as payment details, contact information or home address. We do not exchange any cookies with other websites so you can browse in a secure environment.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Izabel London will only pass on customers' personal information to third parties if it is part of our service. Courier services may require personal information such as name, contact number and home address in order to complete our services, i.e. delivery.
In order to be eligible to earn Izabel London Rewards points you must have a store account.
There are multiple ways of earning points including; points per £1 spent, leaving product reviews*, following us on Instagram an Facebook to view more ways of earning points please review our rewards program here.
Izabel Rewards Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout; rewards may have a minimum spend threshold in order to be used.
Izabel Rewards Points have no cash value, cannot be sold and are non-transferable. Program accounts, rewards or benefits cannot be transferred to, shared or combined with any other person or Program member. Only the Program member that is paying for the Qualifying Purchase may accumulate rewards and benefits and only the Program member may redeem rewards that have accumulated in that member's account.
Izabel Rewards VIP Tier eligibility is based on a calendar year which begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend this Loyalty Program at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.
*Only reviews left via our review request emails are eligible for rewards points up to 250 Izabel Rewards points within a 60 day period.
Refer a Friend
As a customer of Izabel London, by referring others to Izabel London you may participate in the Izabel London Referral Program. If you have accepted the program you will be eligible to receive a Izabel Referral Reward towards a future purchase at izabel.com. To qualify for a Referral Reward, the person you refer must (i) be a first time izabel.com customer (ii) use the referral link that is unique to the referring customer (iii) place an order within a reasonable period of time with a subtotal that is greater than a stated minimum of £65.00.
Referral Reward cannot be combined with any other discount codes and cannot be redeemed in-store. Referring customers may only earn one Referral Reward per referred person.
Referral Reward cannot be applied to previous purchases, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend this Referral Program at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.
Referred customer will be able to use Referral Discount on one order only, order must be customer's first purchase with izabel.com.
Customers have the right to ask us not to process personal information for marketing purposes. We will inform customers if we intend to disclose any information to any third parties. If customers decide not to receive marketing and/or promotional information they have an option to unsubscribe. If clear instructions are given by customers termination of accounts and subscriptions will be immediate.
