Meet the women that make Izabel London who we are today from the design and creation of our collections to delivery of our products to our customers. Izabel London are proud to be a brand founded to bring effortless fashion to women everywhere and we’re celebrating just a few of the amazing women who make that possible!
To celebrate International Women's Day we're donating 10% of proceeds from the 8th March, to Smart Works, a UK charity founded with the mission to help women to reach their full potential. They provide much needed support to unemployed women in the form of a one-to-one coaching session which equips women with valuable interview skills; as well as providing a dressing consultation to find their perfect interview outfit free of charge.
As a garment tech I can tend to be overly judgy on fit and quality, for sure I know I had picked one that I worked quite a lot on getting the fit right.
With this style firstly I think blue looks lovely against my skin tone. I have a slight ‘mum tum’ so with a cinched in waist it can hide a few sins! The fabric is in a lovely soft thick polyester but also breathable, so can be suitable to layer up in the winter but also breathable enough even with the long sleeves to be worn in the summer.
It's quite a daunting thing when looking for work. Not only do you have the anxiety of what to do, say look like or carry yourself in an interview, you also have the worry of wanting to look right. With Smart works help, many women can benefit from helping to put those fears at bay. I think they’re amazing, and I’m pleased Izabel London are in support.

I picked this dress because it has a flattering silhouette and although the hem is frilled the dress has a simplicity to it which makes it really easy to wear. Plus because I’m petite so it’s really lovely to find a dress that’s the perfect length on me without altering! Also the colour of the dress is perfect for the spring season and I think flattering on my complexion.
I’m happy that Izabel London have decided to support Smart Works it’s a great charity doing wonderful work.

It’s really exciting to be able to celebrate the women that really make the Izabel London team so special, everyone is driven to make clothing that celebrates women and makes them feel confident in their everyday life.
I’m really excited that we’ve chosen to make a donation to Smart Works because it’s a wonderful organisation doing really important work for women who have often been through incredibly difficult times.
Working in fashion I understand how important the right clothing is for self-esteem and Smart Works offers the most amazing one-to-one coaching sessions to really help every woman with key skills that ultimately aim to help them reach their full potential.

I wore the green animal print dress, I like the shape of this dress, it is well fitted but not body hugging which makes it super comfy to wear all day, Also, I love the teal green colour for this season.
So happy to learn about the Smart Works initiative, it’s really the encouragement and support that helps make so much of a difference.
