Returns

You may return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice. Please return them in the original packaging with all tags and labels.

To create your returns label, click here and follow the steps on the Royal Mail website and fill in all requested details.

Once all the information is complete, you will see a red button that will allow you to print your label.

Attach it to the parcel you are sending back and take it to your local Post Office.

Don’t forget to enclose your invoice inside the parcel so we know which items you are returning.

You should expect to receive your refund within 20 working days of sending your parcel back, but in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
